Education: We facilitate professional development and consultancy for equitable and inclusive practices. We provide tools and resources to identify and mitigate barriers to teacher success and help educational professionals create an environment where all learners are respected, affirmed, and valued. We help schools build and maintain trusting relationships, foster a culture of care and inclusivity, and enhance the administrator, teacher, and student engagement experiences. 

 

Research: We explore the role of history, heritage, and faith in pedagogical practices and student self-awareness. We conduct research and offer programming that promotes identity education, ensures exposure to identity-affirming opportunities, and advances social-emotional growth for learners from misrepresented communities.

Advocacy: We advocate on behalf of misrepresented and historically marginalized youth and families. We facilitate critical inquiry on essential outcome areas, review and develop equitable policies, and provide a framework for decision-making to improve professional and academic outcomes.
